Ragan Is Wrong
Eric Eggerston, who writes the Mutually Inclusive blog, shared an interesting tidbit from the Ragan Communications e-newsletter over the weekend.
Ragan wrote here that there just aren't many compelling blogs out there for corporate communicators.
Eric disagreed. I do, too -- 100 percent.
There is a change movement bubbling up through the blogging community that is both fascinating and invigorating. It is driving the adoption of "real" communication as opposed to the ol' scrubbed and polished corporatespeak.
It is about honesty versus spin.
Corporate communicators have the most to gain from this discussion. Ragan does them a disservice by dismissing the conversation.
Fortunately, Eric steps up with a list of great PR bloggers in this post here. I believe I was left off inadvertently. :)
